- 1 glass of water oil-free milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 dessert spoon of coffee
Preparation: Put 1 glass of water oil-free milk and 1 stick cinnamon. Boil the milk over medium heat,then remove from the stove.Leave it at least 3-4 hours with the cinnamon stick inside.When you drink the cinnamon milk you prepared, add 1 teaspoon of coffee and heat it on the stove. One of my favorite waters, it keeps full, contains omega-3 and burns fat.
- 1 lt water at room temperature
- 2 spoons chia seed
- 2 slices of lemon
You can drink edema tea 2-3 cup a day before meals, depending on your situation. !!!Not suitable for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
- 1 apple (shelled,sliced)
- 8-10 cherry stalks
- 2 clove
- 1 cinnamon stick
Boil the ingredients in 1 liter of water for 5-7 minutes, then add 2 bags of green tea for 3-5 minutes, strain and drink.
It burns fat, relieves constipation and regulates sleep.
- 1 bottle of mineral water
- 1/2 glass of yogurt
- A few leaves of fresh mint
